Klimno is situated on the east side of the Island of Krk, only a 10-minutes’ ride from the Krk Bridge and Rijeka Airport.
Klimno Bay comprises Klimno, Soline and Cizici settlements, and it is well known for its pre-Roman salt pans, and in recent times, for its remarkable tourist offer in private accommodation and healing mud used to treat osteopathy.
The protected bay, crystal clean, shallow and warm sea, as well as the most favorable weather conditions, enable swimming and various water sports (sailing, rowing, windsurfing etc) from as early as May until late autumn.
